This program is the alternative to Bootcamp. While you still get an intense workout (because we will find your limit and push you there), I promise we won't ask you to call us 'Sarge' or yell at you to drop and give us 20!  It’s an outdoor group exercise session designed to accommodate all fitness levels with a team spirit.
